MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS
This warranty covers any defects caused by manufacturing faults in aluminium windows, doors, and associated products supplied to our customers. It applies to all goods (or parts thereof) found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault.
The company will repair or replace products (or parts thereof) that are not operating correctly due to such faults.
The following conditions must be met before any warranty claim will be considered:
- The windows have been installed correctly in accordance with AS 2047 – 1999, Section 7 (Installation).
- The products have been used in residential applications, as per the manufacturer’s design and specifications, under normal operational use.
- The products have not been exposed to any external materials or modifications that may affect their performance or condition.
- The company requires evidence that the product in question failed during normal operational use.
If the product has failed due to the actions of the owner, rather than a manufacturing fault, the warranty will be void.
The warranty period is three (3) years from the invoice date of the order. Claims submitted after this period may still be considered if the fault is deemed to be manufacturing-related.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of materials used in the manufacture of the products.
